ATI provides trade data and investment insights as-is. While we adhere to rigorous validation standards, we provide no explicit or implicit warrant regarding the financial outcome of transactions facilitated through our platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the Eastern Cape division.
