Financial Transaction & Service Cancellation Framework
Africa Trade and Investments (ATI) maintains rigorous financial protocols regarding service engagements and event orchestrations. Our refund framework is designed to balance participant flexibility with the operational commitments of continental trade facilitation.
All registration and advisory service fees are processed via secure institutional gateways. Participants are encouraged to verify their engagement status prior to executing financial transactions.
Full institutional refund minus standardized processing fees.
50% Partial refund of the base registration fee.
Cancellations initiated less than 14 days prior to event commencement are strictly non-refundable due to finalized logistics and procurement commitments.
In the improbable event of an ATI-initiated cancellation, registrants will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee. Note that ATI is not liable for secondary costs such as travel or accommodation.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment architecture within 14 institutional business days.
